Workshop Profile
About the Session
Acroyoga is a playful partner-based practice that combines acrobatic movement with yoga consciousness.
The workshop will include a warm-up, games, partner exercises, and simple progressions towards a short beginner-friendly sequence. Participants will have the opportunity to explore the roles of flyer, base, and spotter, gaining an appreciation of the practice from multiple perspectives.
Acroyoga's emphasis on connection, trust, play, and collaboration aligns closely with Aetheria's community-focused ethos, offering participants an opportunity to meet new people and share a creative movement experience.
Participants of all experience levels are welcome, with progressions and variations offered to accommodate a range of abilities. No partner is required, as participants will work together in groups throughout the workshop.
