About the Act
Born in Portugal and shaped by its deep-rooted musical culture, Miguel brought a distinctly European edge to the decks when he arrived in Darwin in the early 2000s. As part of the Dragonfly crew, he helped carve out a space for underground techno in a scene that was still finding its direction. His sound is defined by long, driving sets built on precision and restraint. More than two decades on, he continues to stay close to the underground, refining his craft and keeping the dancefloor moving with intention.
