Jem, who goes under the DJ name ‘Spirit Jugs’ is a local Darwin DJ who started her DJ experience when she was still completing her Bachelor of Music back in 2019. Slowly finding her sound she loves to bring the funky beats and dirty drops to the dance floor no matter what genre! Mainly playing Tech House, and slowly exploring bouncy Prog Psy, she is also known as the Disco Queen in her community! Always performs with high energy and crazy dance moves, connecting with the crowd in each performance!
Spirit Jugs has had residencies around Darwin City and has played at the local Festivals in the NT, also running events out of some of the local clubs! Enjoy her mix of underground tunes and old skool tracks in every genre she does, always bringing the bounce and some nostalgia!
